MetalONE
Our challenge, which started in 2018!
We have created the smallest, most versatile and easiest to use metal powder 3D printer with DMLS technology.
It allows you to test your powders, start a print in just 15 minutes and have all the parameters at your disposal for any experiment or research.
It is the only SLS printer designed and built for research and development.
The CO2 laser and modified atmosphere printing chamber allows you to print both light and dark powders and faithfully replicate industrial processes.
Given its small size, with only 300 grams of powder and in 15 minutes you can start printing with both thermoplastic (nylon 12, 11 and TPU) and biocompatible materials (read how we test them).
Snowwhite2 HT
The HT (High Temperature) model, a unique SLS printer engineered for advanced research and development applications requiring elevated temperatures. Building upon the proven capabilities of the Snowwhite2, this system stands out by achieving a remarkable 350°C in both the build area and the powder loading/unloading cylinders, expands the range of printable materials, opening doors to new possibilities in material science and engineering.
