A very demanding work realized for fi’zi:k, leading company in the cycling saddles, cycling shoes e cycling technical wear sectors. Our Sharebot 3D Store Padua – Help3D.it has created a 3D printed chest starting to a 3D scan made on a real athlete using Sharebot Q as 3D printer and Sharebot PLA as material.
Furthermore fi’zi:k had requested a specific position of legs and a particular curvature of the back because of the needing to expose at best the new cycling shorts at Eurobike fair. The project was completely carried out by our Padua Store: Andrea Pirazzini 3D modeled it with the upper part in Voronoi style to lighten the structure and to make visual effect catchier and characteristic. Also the lower part was emptied to allow wall fastening through holes and internal fixing.
It was a very complex work obtained by many printing hours and as many manual post-curing hours. Result was excellent and that is also the feeling of fi’zi:k.
